Continued Support
Graduation from Skyline Recovery is not the end of support; it is the beginning of a new chapter. As clients become ready for greater independence, we can help them transition into Skyline step-down housing, when appropriate, or into independent living in Bend or elsewhere.
The Step-Down House
Transitions are difficult in any setting, and our wish is to support in the ways we know show success; by maintaining community connection, recovery focused activities, and continued accountability. We added the option of 'step-down' housing for clients before they move into outpatient services or live independently.
Outpatient Therapy & Alumni Services
Alumni are a vital part of our community, especially since nearly 90% choose to stay in Bend and continue building their lives here. To nurture those lasting connections, we offer various alumni-oriented activities designed to support belonging, growth, and ongoing engagement. This includes a once-monthly alumni event that brings everyone together for shared experiences, as well as a weekly group that provides consistent space for connection, support, and continued development.
Alumni who remain in Bend can also continue with outpatient therapy, coaching, and other individualized services to reinforce their progress.
