Skyline Recovery
Recovery. Community. Healing.

Weekly routine
Structured. Supportive. Increasingly Independent.
At Skyline, structure is not about rigidity; it is about rhythm. A consistent weekly framework creates predictability, accountability, and safety. Within that structure, each resident’s participation evolves over time as work, school, and personal goals expand.
When first arriving, schedules are more set and closely supported. As clients demonstrate consistency and growth, flexibility increases, while the foundational structure remains steady. Below is a general look at how the weekly rhythm works.

Individualized Time
Individualized time includes, but isn't limited to, therapy, coaching or life-skills sessions, family sessions, work or internships, school, and wellness or exercise.
Individualized time will continue to expand as clients add more to their routine.
Bright Sky IOP
Bright Sky IOP is recommended for all clients offering a supportive bridge between primary treatment and aftercare. Emphasizing somatic and experiential approaches that help clients deepen body awareness, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen their foundation for long-term recovery.
